How much time have you saved?
“I have to say it saves a lot of time and a lot of effort, for example, every time we visit the clients, we have to bring our actual physical products and if you are launching this year for example 10 sku’s. Originally before we’re using Blue Alligator, we have to have them packed in the car and they have them in the bigger bag and then get everything set up, it takes a lot of effort, after this you only show one sku and then you show the other models you have on the app, it goes straight away, very direct and explains everything clearly as much as you need to the customers so I would say it saves a lot of effort.”
What prompted you to choose Blue Alligator?
“Blue Alligator has really trained sales representatives who know every single detail of the products, and they present it really well. It actually works for us because we have sales reps based in different locations in the UK, they have to visit the shops, they have to visit the office and we found they actually click with our needs that’s why we choose it.”
“This program is clear and concise; all of the information is easy to access and is stored through an iPad. This allows for the program to integrate in a straightforward manner with our Sage system. All of the sales are continuously updated because of this, which in turn, allows for more sales to be made in a prompter and accurate fashion.
