Giftscribes was launched in 2007 into a period of great uncertainty, ‘Credit Crunch’, recession, banking chaos, increasing unemployment and other scary acronyms that the press invented. Growing their wholesale business required a few bumpy years which they managed to weather with the help of their great customers.

How has the support team been?

“Before SalesPresenter we were using pen and paper. SalesPresenter’s been great for us because it has moved us forward, saves us a huge amount of time of order entry. We’ve linked it with our sage accounting system, so as soon as we get back to the office we can just download our orders instantly. Probably saves us 3-5 days’ work when we get back to the office.”

“It was just the fact we could take orders during the show, we can give our customers an actual print out or their order at the show, I think that allows them to feel more comfortable in ordering a little bit more I think that’s a trend we’ve seen with SalesPresenter as they’re seeing how much they’re ordering and could spend a little bit more.”
