“We have some show friends that exhibit and while we were on pen and paper, they were on iPads with fancy photos, so we really wanted to find a way to be more efficient. We got their advice on what they were doing, and they were actually using Blue Alligator, so that’s how we found out.”

What benefits has the product brought you?

One of the most rewarding things has been that at a trade show, sometimes we don’t have enough space to show all our products. We’ve managed to actually sell products that we don’t even have on stand, by flicking through the iPad and showing the customers. We actually take orders there and then, for products we don’t even have on show. So that’s really rewarding.

What is your favourite feature?

Really enjoy using SalesPresenter to have a look at the order history of some customers. So, when I meet them at a show or something like that, I know most of the customers but not their whole order. So, I can look at their order history and find out exactly what they ordered before and if there’s something new in that collection then show them that. And in the office, it saves so much admin work, so instead of me having to tell one person to add it onto a system, I can just go straight onto SalesPresenter, put all the information on there, it syncs through our systems straight away.
