Who are CK Wholesale?
We have recently welcomed CK Wholesale back as a customer, and we are very pleased to look after them again.
CK Wholesale Supplies originally moved away from Blue Alligator to try Skynamo. Unfortunately, the system wasn’t suitable for their needs. After persistent issues and slow support, they returned to Blue Alligator — and have since seen a complete turnaround in reliability, performance, and day-to-day efficiency.

Challenges faced with Skynamo
CK Wholesale reported that Skynamo struggled to understand their operational requirements. Even simple issues dragged on far longer than they should have, with the team being slow to react and unable to grasp how the business worked or what it needed. These ongoing frustrations disrupted the sales team and stalled progress.
How was the transition back to Blue Alligator operationally?
The move back to SalesPresenter was described as “seamless” — with no disruption at all.
In fact, CK Wholesale highlighted that the changeover actually made their jobs easier. Processes became more streamlined, the team could work without technical slowdown, and daily operations regained the consistency they had been missing.
