Steps to integrating with SalesPresenter

This blog contains 7 steps that are needed to complete the integration process!

Questionnaire

First of all, you will need to complete the project questionnaire to get started. Completing the questionnaire allows your project manager to know your requirements and what back-office system you are currently using.

Deposit paid

You have now completed the questionnaire. Therefore, the next step is to pay the deposit for your SalesPresenter project.

Kick-off call

Questionnaire completed, the deposit paid, so what is next? Once these have been completed, you and your project manager will organise a date and time for a kick-off call. This will involve the details of your project and how you would like it to be set up. SalesPresenter is catered around you, so you can customise the look and feel of the application.

Data

You have now finished your kick-off call. Now you will send your data files, such as CSV, to your project manager. This is because it will allow your project manager to implement your files into SalesPresenter, ready for you to start taking orders at shows and on the road.

Revision

You and your project manager will then revise your project and make any alterations that you want to see in SalesPresenter. These can range from changing the family codes to changing data from your CSV files. The revision step is there to make sure you are happy with your project.

Training

After these steps have been completed, you will receive training to get you up and running with SalesPresenter. There are two types of training, remote and face-to-face. Remote training is carried out via a phone call and screen sharing, showing you the capabilities of SalesPresenter and how to use the app to your advantage. While face-to-face is when we travel to your workplace and give your training in person, showing you how to use the application.

Go live/full support

Finally, the go-live date for your project. You will receive full access to our support team to help you with any problems that you encounter.
