What problems were you facing before Blue Alligator?
“We are so fortunate to have a wide customer base that covers most of the UK. With this comes rural areas and unreliable internet speeds; ordering on the road and at shows was difficult and time-consuming.”
How has your experience been with SalesPresenter?
“Whilst in our early days of usage, SalesPresenter has transformed the way we take orders and liaise with our customers. If a customer comes to a trade show and wants to know what they ordered, we have the ability to tell them there and then. Similarly, the speed at which we can take orders for multiple stores has revolutionised our ordering process.”
What’s your favourite feature?
“Ordering offline has made such a huge difference to our agents’ day-to-day. Similarly, the Sales Order Export feature allows customers to receive a CSV file there and then for their POS systems.”
