To join our customer-facing helpdesk, providing software support to our customers for our Windows, cloud-based and mobile device applications.

The role includes first line telephone support, offering advice, recording and tracking issues, understanding the customer’s data and business rules in order to investigate more complex issues (including liaising with our development team) in order to provide a solution to the customer.

To implement our software solutions for our customers. A typical project involves liaising with the customer throughout, establishing their business rules (such as product pricing and discounts), setting up processes for a two-way exchange of data between the customer’s system and our cloud system.

Predominantly office based, liaising with a customer via telephone or email but there could be occasional face-to-face meetings with the customer.
